Roos Estate ‘Pinked’ Sauvignon Blanc

The colourful labels reflect that fact that The Cape has the richest flora on the planet, biodiversity and sustainability has become a mantra of the South Africa wine industry.

Sauvignon Blanc and Pinotage grapes are used for the Sauvignon Blanc PINK. Pressed and fermented at the same time the wine gets its light pinkish colour and freshness and fruitiness are preserved. The softness of the red grapes rounds it up and adds more floral notes to the greenish Sauvignon Blanc.
