Rodelia Prosecco D.O.C.
Veneto, Italy

Winemaking notes: Charmat method, where the second fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
Pale straw yellow colour with greenish glints. The perlage is elegant and long lasting.
The bouquet is delicate and with citrus and green apple aromas. Lively, crispy and fresh on the palate with a good acidity and a clean appealing finish.
Prosecco is a surprisingly versatile wine, and it pairs well with a wide range of dishes: you can serve it before dinner as an aperitif, with appetizers, light fried fish and vegetables, pasta and rice with shellfish or seafood, charcuterie, cheese and with pizza. It pairs great with many different cuisines, including more spicy cuisines like Thai, Indian, Mexican and Vietnamese. The pleasant sweetness of the extra dry prosecco will balance the heat in the food. The fruity flavours of the wine also pair very well with aromatic ingredients like lemongrass, curry, chili and many other condiments.
