Each year, California produces many millions of litres of good quality table wines and an increasingly large volume of high quality vintage wines. With a tradition going back to the early 19th century, California has some of the oldest continuing vineyards in the country.

Bright salmon pink colour and fresh nose of raspberry and strawberry. On the palate it is juicy, yet elegant and refreshingly sparkling. Aromas of strawberry, watermelon and a touch of mint complete the perfect summer wine.

Goes wonderfully with light summer dishes with fish or vegetables.
